last week was rough. i didn't exercise at all, until saturday, and then I overdid it (thanks Tysen). and i didn't eat very well. but, i think i'm back in the swing of things. i went to the grocery store with dave last night, and i'm ready for the week.
grapes? check
carrots? check
apples? check
yogurt? check
rice? check
disgusting healthy cereal? check
i think i'm gonna be really hungry by friday.
